One day we arbitrarily decided to entertain the guests. Sarah didn't tell anyone what we were doing. She just went over to Casa Colonial and said "How about sticking around about 6:00 PM, just before you go out or make your dinner. We have some special entertainment for you!" The rest of the night was set by the tone of the Mariachi's; a true cultural experience. With the backdrop of Casa Colonial, the stage was set!
