Casa Colonial represents Cozumel vacation rentals that combine the feel of Old Colonial Mexico with all the modern conveniences of today. With vibrant colors and classic Mexican Colonial style; it is the perfect Island Getaway!

Our exterior amenities include an extra large and lush tropical garden which encircles a full sized swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The garden is always manicured with fresh fruit trees and exotic plants in abundance. Humming birds visit daily to drink fresh nectar from the many flowers. Our large emerald green iguana (affectionately named Harmou) is also a rare and exciting visual treat.

Our concept is simple. We designed and built our vacation rentals to incorporate upscale accommodations and amenities, while capturing the essence of Mexico!

Casa Colonial contains four separate villas inside its grounds and is surrounded by a large wall for our guests privacy. Our villas can accommodate parties from one to sixteen. An exclusive parking area is directly outside the front entry.

The grounds have many other features including a dive rinse tank, rack, and outdoor shower, gas barbecue grill, and our famous land turtles that entertain guests while asking for snacks! Fruit trees such as bananas, guanabana, mango, lime, and coconuts are for the enjoyment of our guests.

Each of our individually designed vacation villas has two levels. Your master bedroom and second bedroom are located on the upper level of each villa; along with separate full bathrooms. The living room, dining room, and kitchen, are located on the first level. There is even a 1/2 bathroom located on the first level for your convenience. Private balconies and patios are located on both first and second levels. Amenities include a personal washer and dryer in each villa, 32' flat panel hi definition TV/DVD, daily maid service, High Speed Wi Fi connectivity, computer room, free long distance phone calls, and much more. To this day Casa Colonial are the only Cozumel vacation rentals ever to be featured annually on CBS television's "The Price is Right"!

Another very special feature is our concierge service. As a guest of Casa Colonial we offer this service for your convenience. Our concierge service will save you substantial time and money. Whether you are interested in an excursion to Passion Island, diving, fishing, restaurant tips, or general information; we can help you navigate the abundance of choices at the best price.

"Cozumel Concierge" started in 2001 as a service for our guests and has grown to be the largest and most recognized Concierge service on Cozumel Mexico. We are proud to render this service to our guests free of charge.
