Immediately upon entering you will notice a stunning large garden with a full size pool, and Jacuzzi cascading into it. The garden is lush and manicured. Our concept was simple; upscale accommodations and amenities, without the price tag.

Four two bedroom villas are nestled in this lush tropical setting. The garden has many features including a Barbecue area, beautifully designed trellis covered with flowers, and a "Palapa" reading area. Fruit trees are plentiful and are for the enjoyment of our guests. Casa Colonial can accommodate parties from one to sixteen. This is ideal for travelers who wish to enjoy Cozumel with their family and friends.

Each of our four uniquely designed villas has two levels. Both bedrooms are located on the second level; and have separate full bathrooms. Spacious living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and a half baths are located on the first level. Private balconies and patios are also located on both first and second levels.
